Perfectly Grand is an e-commerce website specializing in the sale of piano accessories and furnishings. They have been online since 1996 and are the oldest piano accessory company on the Internet, dating back to the days when ordering online meant you had to choose your items and then print out an order form and mail it in with your check.

Perfectly Grand switched to 3rd-party order management software called Miva Merchant in the 2000's allowing for modern day credit card processing.

They used this software for many years growing to be one of the top online piano accessory and music shops, selling music and piano related items from piano covers to sheet music cabinets and everything in between. However with the huge variety of different products, they needed a way to manage their content in such a way that an out of the box solution like Miva Merchant simply couldn't handle.

 

Sites Done Right created Perfectly Grand's e-commerce site from scratch including a full-featured content management system, secure cart and checkout process and full integration to StoneEdge order management software.

As part of the migration away from Miva Merchant, Perfectly Grand teamed with StoneEdge software to handle the inventory and shipping from their warehouse. Now the Sites Done Right powered website uses specially programmed API integration to automatically process orders from the website and transmit them to the warehouse for processing.
